ASAP For Flight Attendants According Term Paper

Flight attendants need targeted training in policies and procedures that relate to safety reporting and procedures within the aircraft. Rather than retrospectively learning from circulated reports, these reports can be used for future training opportunities. This is one of the advantages revealed by an examination of newly implemented programs of the kind. The program will benefit further from targeted and integrated management procedures, where rules and regulations for punitive measures integrate more smoothly with voluntary reporting procedures.

In general, the FAA's mission towards safety for all users of aircraft is considerably benefited by providing ASAPs for flight attendants. This is proved by the fact that flight attendants themselves have reacted...

The trust issue is furthermore enormously important in terms of accurate and targeted reporting. Future considerations could include carefully scrutinizing submitted reports for potential training needs. Implementing such training is vital as part of possible prevention measures for the future safety of passengers and crew members.
